 The citronella lamp helps to keep bugs and midges at bay - meaning you can enjoy your al fresco meals without any uninvited guests.
The lamp makes an attractive centrepiece for your table, and helps to illuminate the immediate surroundings. But more than simply being attractive, the real beauty of the lamp lies in its repulsive qualities.
It contains within its base a special gas cartridge, which in turn conceals a scented citronella mix that wards off unwanted insects such as flies and midges. While these flying creatures aren't keen on the smell, the Citronella scent is fresh, lemony and perfectly pleasant to the human nose.
The lamp comes into its own on summer holidays, allowing you to sit and eat comfortably outside without being bitten or distracted by bugs. When the initial citronella cartridge is empty, simply replace it with a refill cartridge and the lamp is ready to do its job again.
The lamp costs just £22.50 in the Caravan Shop, and comes with a citronella cartridge to start you off - cartridge refills are also available in the shop.
